If you haven't already completed our contact form, please do so before reserving and paying. This form is required before we can complete your reservation.

• All property stored shall be at tenants own risk

• Insurance is available through a third party at tenants expense  

• Ten day notice is required to avoid paying for next months rent  

• Storage is for passive use only

• Storage of hazardous materials is prohibited

• Chemicals may be in use for rodent and weed abatement please use caution with children and pets

• By payment hereof, customer/payor agrees to the above terms and conditions
